This collection is a part of my Bachelor's thesıs "All We Have is Memories".
It is an exploration of the practice of generating value and longevity by cherishing the memories within clothing and textiles with a sustainable point of view.
Only could the scarf of your grandmother could speak, what would it tell? This collection aims to call into question if regardless of the unknown, memories created by the wearer will always be a part of a garment and so how?
Furthermore, how in the process of use, more value is generated within garments will be discussed. By focusing on the improving value with time, this research would like to benefit to the challenge against consumption of fast fashion to and pursue sustainability.
